We have a special staff of experienced people who enjoy and like children. They have received professional training in all aspects of pediatric dental care.
Pamela Fagan (Office Administrator) and Rachael Felber (Office Coordinator) are usually the first people you'll see when you enter our office. Pamela has 18+ years of experience in dentistry, both in our practice as a dental assistant and business administrator, and outside our practice as a dental consultant for other dental offices. She has three adult children (Chris, currently in dental school; Michael, an attorney; and Sarah, a nurse). She loves to read, travel, and attend sporting events with her husband. Rachael is our Office Coordinator and is the first person that will greet you when you call our office. Rachael is married to a fireman and they have two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, supporting her children with their sporting events, and traveling with her husband. Commenting about working at Dr. Fagan's office, Rachael says: "I enjoy working at Dr. Fagan's because I love working with children and putting them and their parents at ease. My goal is to make their experience with us the best!"
Amanda Grimm serves as our Hygiene Assistant. She helps new and continuing patients feel at ease in our office. She does a wonderful job in helping children and their parents learn home care techniques, including proper brushing and flossing. Amanda is married to a fireman and they have three boys. They all enjoy sports, especially football. “I love working with kids helping them accomplish a cavity-free life,” she says.
Tiffany Andersen and Dena Woods are Restorative/Orthodontic assistants. They help our doctors in many areas, such as assisting the dentist during the restoration of decayed teeth, preparing dental materials, taking dental x-rays, and helping our patients in braces.
Tiffany literally grew up in our office as she was a patient here for 12 years. She started working part-time in our office while in high school. After graduating from Enid High School, she became a full-time assistant. Tiffany stays busy at home chasing her son, Braxton. She enjoys shopping, going to concerts, working here and being able to help children become cavity free. Dena is the mother of two daughters and they enjoy camping and going to the lake. Commenting about working at Dr. Fagan’s office, Dena says: “I love working here because I enjoy helping children take better care of their teeth. We have a great staff and we have a lot of fun!”
Debbie Ward is our business administrator responsible for submitting and processing dental insurance claims and determining your children’s eligibility and benefits. Debbie has a background in banking and has many years of experience in financing and customer relations. She enjoys working here because she loves the opportunity to be part of a team that helps children stay healthy. She and her husband have two grown children and one grandchild. They enjoy playing tennis, softball, and other outdoor activities.
Kailey Hart is a Hygiene Assistant. Kailey was originally a patient in our office. Kailey says: "I always enjoyed coming to Dr. Fagan's office as a child. I felt so in place and at home. Everyone was always so nice and pleasant when I would come in to get my teeth cleaned. I grew up wanting to be one of those girls who cleaned teeth and now I am! It hasn't changed much at the office, everyone is so energetic and very polite. I absolutely love working with children. It seems like there is never a dull moment while I am at work. When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and going shopping."
Angie Holsten is our Patient Coordinatior. Angie has two daughters, Katlynn and Natalie. She enjoys spending time with friends and family. Her hobbies include going to the lake, camping, riding motorcycles and going on vacations to the
beach. Angie says: "I like working for Dr. Fagan because it's so rewarding to see the wonderful work he does for children and their smiles."
